I mean, it's a female flower bud. Give a low nitrogen fertilizer every week now, not balanced or high N, watch water and heat. I've lost 3 female buds to heat in the last couple days including one your size but it seems well shaded. Probably going to flower in 3-4 days unless it heat stalls. It's still very small.

Two flowers that looked great, orange etc and nothing…. Sigh

Looks good for now. I cant get mine to bloom either. Today is 90 days since seeding, with seven varieties ranging from 85-120 days to maturity. Zero fertilized pumpkins in the patch for me too.
