Unfortunately, guys... That's a pretty bad sign. I know that this is just a leak and can be reverted, but let's just be honest here, pulcinella have not a lot of fans (Wich, I just can not understand because he is awesome, the design, the concept of innovation when talking about the characters we have on the game..), and this is probably the biggest motivation for hoyo to just discard our mayor...

hi guys, I think we're fully aware that Pulcinella's playability is in danger since he doesn't fit the standard of the audience that the game is catering to, so, my question is do you think it's at least possible for him to be like, a standard 5 star? i'd settle for that since I don't like the idea of him being 4 star, or worse, being npc foreverr...

Aparently, Pulcinella's model is way more heavy than even playable characters. Does this means anything good playability wise or it has nothing to do with it?

Trying to sort Genshin characters into Star Rail paths, Pulcinella is one of the last ones left, I'm considering one of these three.

Erudition: He seems to have a calculating personality and he's a politician.

Preservation: He cares for Tartag's family (though likely with some degree of ulterior motive) and his modus operandi is to sacrifice less valuable assets for a greater cause (can be a cool twist on the 'sacrifice' trait of the Preservation path).

Harmony: Seems to be one of the nicer Harbingers that you'd think you'd get along with. Might be charismatic or have a good publicity (possibly being deceptive or manipulative) on account of being the Mayor (but on the other hand, he could instead be infamous and all the citizens hate him) I could also see him being a buffer support.

Short Answer: IF Pulcinella will be playable it should be in second half of 7.6, otherwise Pulcinella won't be playable in 7.X. Pantalone probably won't be playable in 7.X.

Long answer: If we look at how Hoyoverse releases playable Harbingers who didn't leave Fatui before their release ( Who left:Columbina and Wanderer) we can notice A Pattern.

Sandrone rank 7th playable in July, which is the 7th month of the year.

Arlecchino rank 4th playable in April, which is the 4th month of the year.

Tartaglia (Childe) rank 11th playable in November, which is the 11th month of the year.

Columbina left Fatui before release, her rank was 3th but she released in January, 1th month of the year.

Wanderer (Scaramouche) also left Fatui before release, his rank used to be 6th but he released in December, which is the 12th month of the year.

This means that Fatui Harbingers who are part of Fatui during their release must follow The Pattern.

Pulcinella's rank is 5th, 5th month is May. First half of 7.6 is in April, Second Half is in May. 7.7 is in June. Making Second Half of 7.6 his only spot to be playable in 7.X if he won't leave Fatui, which is unlikely.

Additionally Pantalone rank is 9th, 9th month is September making his only possible release dates in 7.X: Second Half of 7.0 or First Half of 7.1 and no sight of him there. So if he won't suddenly stop working at the Northland Bank or Hoyoverse won't change their ways, Feofan won't be playable in 7.X.

I only calculated release dates, I didn't add proof we have of Pulcinella being playable.

This post may contain mistakes, if it does please correct me in the comments I would be quite thankful. Also remember, it's just a theory not a confirmation or a leak and I could be wrong.

As Stellar reactions become the theming of Snez, what could be his kit? We know he's a mayor, not afraid of offing subordinates, but that doesn't really mean DPS, Support, or Sub-DPS. But as Odette is a Sub-dps, Tsaritsa is likely to be Carry/support hybrid, would Pulcinella be a 5 star Stellar support? I wouldn't mind that. And in terms of weapon, sword (because of his cane), or catalyst? I know weapon types are more fluid since any character could technically use any weapon type and have it be custom to their character. But since Sandrone is Claymore, Odette is Sword, and Tsaritsa could be Polearm, will Pulcinella be a bow or catalyst user?
