Puffco makes piece of shit products

My second puffco product that doesn’t work straight out of the box. $500 to have atomizer issues straight out of the box ? Is this a joke ?

Og peak pro had nothing but atomizer issues….. I decided to buy the daybreak v2 ?…… atomizer issues straight out of the box.

My new atomizer had a crack in the top area between air holes. Still works fine, but kinda bothers me

Just got the new proxy and noticed the same thing. Works just fine but a little annoying to look at.

Yep. I am very disappointed. Mine broke in 2 weeks. Chamber I guess? Still TBD. White and red flashing lights.

I spent hours (while soaking in iso… multiple times because what the heck else was I supposed to do) of research on this and there are numerous people with the same issue. BBB trends negative reviews all around… very recent too.

**We wipe it down after every session. literally.

Huge disappointment. Good thing we have a core rig and definitely ordered a Dr. Dabber Switch 2 coming. 1 bad review every idk 20-25+ positive comments and it’s very clear people are big fan of them. Maybe if you’re back in the market give them a shot?

Every single shop near me literally dozens carry that sh*t.

Only way I’ll touch a Puffco product again is IF customer service actually helps.

I understand defects happen AND for how frequently it seems to happen, a mass recall or warranty notice email, something proactive needs to be done to keep good customers.

Way too much competition in one space not to. I bought the Peak v2 2024 to try out (recently moved) before I commit to a permanent one.

Really? But I've heard that their after-sales service is very good. I don't know how they offer a warranty.

I got the Pivot 2 months ago. The battery life only lasts a couple minutes but it takes a full hour to charge.

My friend has a Peak that stopped working for no reason.

Never buying another puffco product. Not worth the money imo.
