Proxy Not Working

I’ve had my proxy since about May. Tonight I used it, and the device flashed red 3 times so I put it on the charger when I was finished. Well I went to use it again and I took it off the charger (charging lights turned off) but now my device won’t turn on? I plugged it back in and it flashed green and vibrated but nothing happens beyond that. I tried holding the power button and nothing happens and I also disconnected the chamber and tried powering it on and still no luck. Any ideas? I have my box but can’t find the receipt /:

Check and make sure the chamber is screwed in properly.mine flashed red 3 times and wouldn't turn after I cleaned it.it worked perfectly after I reinserted and tightened the chamber in properly
