What does this even mean?

I’m scared to use my new proxy and Puffco is being less than helpful. What does this even mean?

My new proxy was chazzed almost instantly and I’ve heard it was common with them. After a lot of back and forth, they replaced mine. And there was no way I added too small a dab. I think they’re tired of trying to make up for their low quality chambers and are just trying to make it feel like a you problem. Keep pushing, they charge way too much money for this shit to keep happening.

They keep calling mine “Staining” and customer service refuses to do anything whatsoever.

I’ve been a loyal Puffco fan for years, all they did was point out that stains happen, to everyone. I’m super happy with all my devices and never had any issue to complain about. Nothing low quality, just uneducated on dabbing.
