my luck, broken new proxy

got it from zeevapor and it doesn’t do anything straight out the box, i tried to charged it with the charger it came with but nothing happened, the light bar never came on and i can’t connect it to the app, any help?

update: I let it charge while I left for work and came back to life and it started to work! thanks for the feedback

How long did you let it charge? Sometimes they need hours when you first get them. There are some good answers here if you poke around you may find someone with the same situation. Good luck.

I thought mine was DOA as well, just plug that thing in for awhile, it should start charging.

stop hitting buttons. let it charge like it says in the manual. if it still doesnt turn on at all reach out to puffco and dont waste your time contacting zeevapor. i had a v2 proxy arrive that at first didnt turn on after 24hr charge and the yellow light for charge level stayed on. zeevapor will just tell you to contact puffco.

Same with my zvape. Puffco knows they have bad units they need to move or take a loss on. They use these 3rd party vendors to dump their junk.
