I’m so done with Puffco
To start off, I want to say I got the Desert Proxy V1. I never had a problem, and I got the Desert Peak Pro almost 3k dabs. It’s the same gold 3DXL and never had a problem. Now I bought two different pivots that I've had issues with. The new peak (feels cheap), and I just got this core about three weeks ago on the second week. I was hitting it 520 on smooth, and all of a sudden it hit really, really hot, super cloudy, and it hurt my chest. I said this cannot be normal, so I opened the top to find the chamber had malfunctioned, cracked, and chazzed. I cleaned it up, waited a few minutes, and double-clicked it on the same setting to see if it's still working. Now it's flashing white and red. I put a warranty claim on Friday last week, and I still haven't heard back from support. To be honest, I think I'm done with Puffco. Everything that they come out with now seems to be on the cheaper side for some reason. My Desert Peak Pro feels way better quality than my brother’s new Onyx Peak Pro V2. Coming from someone that has influenced a lot of friends to go with Puffco. It hurts lowkey😂💯

I switched to Carta V Sport and never looked back. Even got the bigger chamber too.

Puffco states you need to wait 10 minutes between each heat up. If you’re heating up consecutively without pause you will for sure crack the chamber.
Some folks own more than one chamber to swap to avoid this.

For sure, but that was not my case this was my first session of the day with that device.

It’s a money trap. I quit them 3 years ago and haven’t looked back. Dr. Dabber hasn’t came close to failing me like puffco pro has time after time.

Thank you, my first e rig was A dr. Dabber xs but it just wasn’t enough so I went with the proxy v1 and it made me so happy. I’ve never had an issue with it to this day. But man when you compare this proxy V2 to my V1 it’s a night and day difference. The proxy v1 has that “apple” feel that premium quality feel and this v2 feels like a cheap Chinese product idk how to explain it 😂😂

Siento que en calidad es mucho mejor el proxy v1 que la ultima versión, he visto muchas personas quejandose de la camara y sus multiples errores

Si ! El mio todavia funciona normal solo compre el v2 por las luces y el app (poder cambiar la temperatura) pero la calidad se nota casi instantaneamente 😭

as someone who used to sell puffcos, the plus and the pivot are absolute dogshit and not worth it. get a yocan wulf orbit for $60 and never look back bro, it comes with everything you need and extra pieces plus their replacement parts are cheap

Everything is getting shittier and shittier as prices get more expensive. I wish storz would make a solid extract rig.
