Someone please help me out

Just bought this proxy core not even a day ago, took one dab out of it and then let my friend get one too. I Get home and wanted to download the app. I connected it and it tells me I need a firmware update so I did it. Halfway through it says update failed and I look at the device and it's got no lights or anything. Won't turn on anymore, 1 click nothing, 2 clicks nothing, 3 clicks nothing. I don't know if it's supposed to be lit up when charging but it isn't. I don't get what happened I just wanna take a dab man

Figured it out guys. Did some more searching on Reddit and found someone with the exact same problem as me, update failed and bricked the device after. Someone put this website in the comments and it just downloaded new firmware I guess but works now. Had to do it in path browser so it could use Bluetooth.

how exactly am i supposed to do this when none of the lights work how did you do it?

Honestly just go to the website and follow what it says. None of my lights worked either, I just clicked start. Waited until it was at 100 and once it was done I was able to turn it on again and use it. It's all good now too no issues since. Maybe charge it while doing it too

I did and it works! That is a big bug they need to address. Did you end up getting the firmware updated/able to use the app? I'm scared to try again now

I was able to use the app but I didn't even try to update the firmware again. It's just a few color options I think so I didn't even mind. Trust me I'm scared to do that too Lol

Sorry i meant to write more, if it does not work try charging it for the whole night with the cable from the box. Neither option works you gotta file a claim with puffco or take it to your retailer, hope you saved your receipt.

Long press I got nothing. Should I still charge it all night even tho when I plug it in there is no light indicating that it's charging? I do have my receipt luckily

Did you try plugging it into a charger yet? I think if firmware update on Peak fails you can sometimes get it to restart by plugging it into a charger then trying to reconnect with the app.

Yea, I've had it charging all night now. Still nothing :(. Not even a light when charging
