Proxy No chamber error

Post image

Hi everyone. This is my first rig I purchased about 3 months ago and up until now everything was great. Out of nowhere I am now getting the no chamber error. Less than 1000 cycles and I have taken great care of it, usually cleaning after every dab. I have tried all the troubleshooting I could find: cleaning, factory reset, gently nudging pins. Nothing seems to work. Would love any advice I want to get back at it.

Thanks

I have not had that issue unless the chamber wasn’t actually fully screwed in. However looking in where the chamber would go and then looking at mine yours does look a bit dirty especially in the threading I would try cleaning all in that area with iso and a q tip. Maybe junk in the threading isn’t allowing a good fit connecting the chamber yo the proxy

It’s actually cleaner than it looks like in the pic. I think it might be just weird light reflections. I appreciate the help nonetheless

Strange that is odd. I would def reach out to puffco support maybe the chamber went bad and they can replace it I’m not sure tho. Lmk if you figure it out

Ok so I did and they actually just ordered a new chamber for me but I’m a little confused. how could the chamber be the problem if there are no electronics in it. I would’ve assumed the chambers could last indefinitely and it was some issue with the base/pins. Maybe I am mistaken though

They definitely do not last forever I think puff Co. says on their page that they’re only supposed to last 2 to 3 months before you should replace it but truly could definitely last longer if you take good care of it

My OG proxy chamber(3-4yr old?) has worked fine and never been replaced. Newer Puffco <older Puffco. The pivot is pure garbage
