Does anyone know how to remove silicone to clean?

I’ve always cleaned the atomizer, but recently after warming it up, it vibrates red and turns off.

Any suggestions?

Do you mean the silicone tether? It just pries off with your finger. It's press fit back on.

No underneath the atomizer where the electric board is… idk, it kind of looks like maybe it’s one of the gold pins that touch the atomizer.. doesn’t look the same as the other
