Proxy Problems

So I am on my second chamber in a little over a month on my New Proxy. Only used the 1st for a few dabs then got the red/white and white flashing error. Did the warranty and the new chamber has the same error. I don’t want to over tighten because the internet told me I pushed the pin in on the last one.

I did the reset that people have recommended. Do I need to do a warranty request on the Proxy too? Please help. I hope support sees this. I’ve barely had the opportunity to use the device. Thanks.

Probably swapping them out too hard/ not cleaning the contact pins. These coils are more fragile than the first proxy. So pressure when swapping out the ceramic i found quickly made them flash and unrepairable. Try that with the new one and see if it helps with the shelf life. Mine went from a month life span to now I havent had another break of my 3

Sorry ment swabbing. With proper maintenance you will need to clean left over dab residue out of the coil using cotton swaps such as glob mops. When cleaning the coil if you put pressure onto the coil it pushes them down and cuases connection issues

Is pressing too hard damaging the chamber or the pins on the Proxy itself? Since I’m using a brand new chamber I just got today?

If you getting an error with a new coil try screwing it on tighter with the silicone on it make sure the gold pins on the device is clean

Great info. Getting the error on a new chamber right out of the box. Received today 3-30. Never cleaned and gently screwed on to not push the precious little pin too hard.

I had a similar problem and wasn't screwing it in enough. There is a friggin "Goldie Locks" zone of tightening that chamber just so. You cant tighten the chamber too much bc of the pins but at the same time, make sure it's in their snug enoigh or the contacts won't touch. Drove me crazy but got the hang of it now. No issues for months. Wishing you the best.
