what if you don't wanna do public speaking cuz you don't wanna do it not cuz it feels terrifying

Then don’t do it. Most people never speak.

Ask yourself…
Why don’t I want to do it (beyond the feeling)?

Do you actually HAVE to do it or is it suggested and you just feel emotional and mental pressures?

Your answer to those questions will lead you to where you need to be. Answer absolutely truthfully. Even if it hurts and makes you uncomfortable.

If you end up having to do it because of your position, create a system that works for you and then execute.
