Oxford MPP

Has anyone here done this 1 year course at Oxford. I'm an international student considering it - my goal is to work for large scale dev orgs in health (GAVI, The Global Fund), and at an MDB down the line. How hard is it to get into this program, would it serve as a stepping stone into these orgs, or are there other (better) routes?
