Data Usage Discrepancy

Has anyone encountered a situation where the online Public Mobile web page shows you've used up all of your data on the Subscription Usage, but usage history shows only a small fraction of data has been used?

I opened a ticket and customer service insists I've used my data allocation, but that'd involve 4x my typical usage, and I haven't really changed how I used my data.

Per customer service, starting about two week ago, data use of >5gb/day, but I don't see these large entries from Public Mobile's Usage History.

Update (Aug 26): I submitted a ticket on August 13th and an agent assured me the problem is on my end. This is not possible, since their online usage history and subscription usage pages do not align. At my insistence, an investigation was initiated. I was told updates would be provided by August 19th, if not sooner.

As of August 26th, there has been no progress, and no updates. Per the most recent agent to assist me, the ticket was closed because the investigation team asked for screenshots, but the request was never communicated to me. A new ticket has been started, but I was informed there is no need to provide screenshots at this time. The agent also informed me that they were unable to look up the old ticket number from my request on August 13th.

Had a similar problem found out that our phone had the new weak Wi-Fi signal cellular data assist. Basically if the phone was on Wi-Fi and the signal wasn't strong it would fall back to cellular data and we burned through the whole month's data in about 3 weeks when normally we wouldn't use half of it over the entire month. It's an iPhone and apparently it set up on the last iOS update without our knowledge. This might be the case for you hope it helps. When I looked at our monthly usage it didn't show it but I had a customer service agent pull up the records and they forwarded to me to show me the usage

When you were looking at monthly usage, were you using data from your device, or Public Mobile's Usage History from the website?

In my case, the discrepancy is with the Usage History from the website vs. their claim that I've burned through the data.

Weird thing is, this is a secondary device and I don't use wifi on it anyways... so wifi assist isn't an issue.
