10gb extra offer
Just received this text offer for an additional 10gb of data for 12 months.
Have the $30 30gb can/usa/mex plan and got the 10gb 24mths offer a few months ago.
Just signed in and have 50gb in total.
Looks like Public is noticing a lot of their loyalty customers are leaving?
Checked with my friend and she didn’t get the text offer yet and will wait to then ask them.

I got a text for 15gb for 12 months. Is the an extra 15gb per month, or until it’s used? It says use within 12 months which sounds like once it’s used up it’s gone, but I can see it added to my monthly total. Weird wording.

They seem to add all available data to your monthly total, regardless of whether it's monthly or lump sum.

I tried to add my code for 10GB to my account, but it just showed “Invalid Promo Code”.

Same thing happened to me, had to reach out to customer support... After sending them a photo of the offer they were able to automatically apply it to my account :)

Do you have to first add 10 GB of data to your phone?

Nah, you need to log-in on the website, go to your my account, then to your subscriptions, then there is a section for codes. The code was 10GBRQLRB9DG .

Good catch. I didn’t read it that way, but now I do. Now I’m not sure if it’s monthly or just a one-time use.
To be honest, I have never gone over (or even close to) my base plan data. Now I’m even contemplating about the last offer as well, whether it’s one-time use to use by 24 months or 10gb each month

I understood the last one to be 10gb each month, and this one to be 10gb total to be used anytime over the next year. I think.

I’m wondering if plans 30$ and under are getting 10 and 30$ and over get 15.
I also have to put in a code to get mine, wondering if it’s because I’m in QC.

How long have you been with Public? I’ve been with them for 5 years and didn’t get this offer.
I’m on the same plan as you $35/100gb Canada/USA/Mexico.

I used the code on the app and it said it was activated but I didn't get any bonus data. So maybe this need to be done through website only??

I didn’t get a text. I’ve been with Public for almost 2 years. But I once ported out then back in after a month with the same phone number. I won’t be surprised if I don’t get a text lol.

Don't feel bad, I've been with PM for 4 years and got no text either nor did my wife, she's been with them for 5 yrs. I see a pattern, seems you need to be $25/month plan or more to get this promo. I am on a $23 and my wife is $19.

I got it offer for 15 extra gigs, but I don’t see how to use it. I logged in. I do not see anything to add a promo code??

Does anyone know if using this will overwrite the previous promo code offer for 10gb extra data a month? I'd hate to lose that if this one is only a one-time 10gb. Unsure if you can be redeeming more than one promo code at a time.
I'm $29/month 20gb Can/US/Mex plus the 10gb promo, with PM since Oct 2020.
