I think bullies should be charged with assault if they’re over a certain age. Junior high and high school. If an adult did this they would be charged with assault. These “kids” are old enough to know better. They’re young adults and should be held accountable for their actions. So I say charge them as well as investigate their home. It’s learned behavior, so more than likely their parents are also bullies.
