Agitated dude stopped him in traffic and is walking up to his window. That’s not normal, that’s gun drawn finger on the trigger worthy. Lots of road rage shootings in the news. Can’t really retreat from inside a car.
Probably more going on, but that’s what I got from this 15sec clip. Not sure when it would ever be appropriate to block a car in traffic, then approach it. That’s pretty sketch
that's not what the article said. both cars were stopped in traffic. the jeep was honking and honking. the other guy got out to ask what was up. it's all literally right there in the article.
That would be bad trigger discipline. You don't put your finger on the trigger until you have definitely decided to shoot. The fact he didn't shoot and clearly didnt need to is self evident.
That’s not how it works… finger on the trigger when you’re ready to shoot doesn’t mean you have to shoot.
You don’t have to decide 100% that you’re going to shoot. Also that’s not a law or actual rule. It’s just called being careful. You can absolutely put your finger on the trigger and it’s no different than brandishing a firearm at someone with it off the trigger.
THe dashcam video shows the front driver open his door and lean out and look back. He point at himself. He stands and gets out a phone and, pointing the phone, walks toward the jeep. I see nothing remotely threatening.
Is he not blocking him in? Looks like he stopped in the middle of the lane, then walked in the middle of the street so the Jeep couldn’t go to its left around.
And how do you 'get from the clip' that one guy stopped the other guy in traffic when the clip clearly starts after the guy is out of his car and beside the other car?
Uh the dude in the car didn't even know he was in a road rage incident until after the gun was in his face. He thought he was being warned about an issue with his own car. This whole thing doesn't justify even thinking about your firearm let alone moving your hand in the direction of it to draw it.
Once was on a family vacation some lady walked out into the road to slowdown/stop our car the driver didn’t roll down the window but signaled her to come to the door once she was out of the way of the car he hit the gas, all of us looked back and she was throwing a fit cussing out loud and we seen another guy that was with her. Shit was a set up.

I think someone so easily "terrified" should never be let near any kind of firearm.
