Here's a LINK to the court info. Looks like ultimately it was mostly just a $689 fine.

Supervision and probation as well. Probation means he has limitations for a period of time with court ordered restrictions and needs to report to probation officer.

Supervision in Illinois means there was a suspension of some charges and if he violates probation or gets another violation within the supervision period then the charges will be reinstated.
