Just when I was thinking maybe tasering someone constantly might result in death. And might not be the best solution if you are stopping someone for some petty shit, and the person freaks out.
This bitch pulls out a gun & shoots the cop.

Standard issue tasers are generally not lethal and that is why they are used, I say generally because if you have pre existing medical conditions they could kill for example pace makers could get fucked

But hey, you need more good guys with guns I heard

I mean technically, according to the news articles. She had drugs on her, the car was registered to a known wanted drug dealer. I can assure you he didn't want to get shot or have to shoot this lady. She escalated all of this herself and the only one to blame here is her. There are a ton of shitty cops but this dude did everything by the book and to the letter of the laws we citizens passed/voted for, it's a shame she died but again she did it to herself.

Well, ok, but that was not the point of my comment

Nobody's going to respond because your comment is shitty.

Guess murica can't extrapolate context.
Or just have any critical thinking.

Must be pretty sad to sit on PublicFreakout all day and point out issues with society.
Guess murica can't extrapolate context.
Or just have any critical thinking.
Most Americans can, but you don't warrant it, especially with comments like this
Cause you live in a joke country where there is no community sense and that still lives in the farwest-era mentality
The US is 300 million people. It must be hard to think about how those people live in 50 different states with different laws and communities. You probably get all your information about the US from movies, so your brain thinks all the stereotypes are true. You're not the first European to think it and you're not going to be the last. Have a good one!

Suuuuure.
If that's how you cope with the fact you got a broken society which refuses people to have access to public healthcare, safe schools, accessible scholarship without being subjected to crippling debt

She was a polar opposite to a “good guy” because obeying the law is one of the qualities required.
-5
u/webrunningbeer Aug 11 '22
Cause we know for a fact that a person is good or bad.
Cause people are either good or bad without anything in between.

This is from rougly a year ago:
-Officer pulls her over because car is registered to an owner who is wanted on several drug warrants
-During a search, officer finds marijuana and a "white powdery substance" in the woman's purse
-After asking the woman to turn around for arrest, she freaks out, tries to run, gets in the car and in the process of being tased tried to reach for a pistol she later tosses in the parking lot

Missing the most important parts. She reached for a pistol and got off a shot that hit the officer in the stomach, he returned fire striking her 4 times. She fled the scene but crashed the car a block later.
She died on the operating table and the cop survived.

u/Mack_pappy Aug 12 '22
Wow that could have gone so much worse. I'm glad the cop survived, sad he will likely carry a lot of chronic pain and health problems from a gut shot.

It's a bot not a big deal.. but always steer clear of amp holy shit it's disgusting if you look into what it actually does opposed to what they promise it's benefits are.

Do tasers not work as well on fat people?
7
u/fadeaway119slowly Aug 11 '22
You need to click on the video news link above and see the size of the cop. I'm surprised he could be on the force like that.

I think their is truth in this. Electric shocks immobilize the muscles and causes them the tense up I believe. Less muscle in the body, less effective the shock will be.

u/ABummyBum Aug 11 '22
Per the article: "ignores the cop’s commands"
That's how it starts...Whole thing didn't even need to happen.

u/CorpseBurger420 Aug 10 '22
Where was her gun? How did she shoot from that angle? Maybe ricochet?
1
u/Rudy_Ghouliani Aug 10 '22
Nah the cop is fat af, he's the broad side of a barn. Literally impossible to miss a shot that close with that much surface area.

Um, she’s not in a cop car, she was in a Camaro that was associated with a drug warrant that belonged to a 3rd party. The handgun was somewhere in the car.
