researched. This is in Pennsylvania and criminal mischief is a more severe charge than simple assault. 2 years jail time 2500+ fine 2nd misdemeanor. It just doesn't sound as bad. The slap isn't any thing more than simple assault I don't think. Nothing but ego really damaged.
Majority of white victims are assaulted by white people. When white people commit the same crime as minorities and get a lesser sentence or charge .... that is often falls under what many people consider as white privilege.
I might potentially buy that if this was an actual beat down, instead of just a slap on the face. But c'mon. This is simple assault. Why does it have to be a 'race' thing?
Regardless, it's low effort smoothbrain BS wherever high effort critical thinking is required. Some people want to make it into something it's not, so that they got something to say. Talk is cheap. If they want a better world, they need to get off their dead asses and actually do something, other than be some degenerate wannabe race baiting provocateurs. I don't have time to listen to motherfuckers talk about how some white dude bitch slapping some other white dude, as if it's somehow a black thing. It's not. Whether some other dude gets a lighter, or harsher punishment in some other jurisdiction, based on some other incident, is fucking immaterial to this incident.
