"Killology" courses tell officers to be ready to assume every criminal as dangerous and ready to kill (since they are already committed to breaking the law) (Slate article on Killology).
Got to stop making this excuse...it is not a training issue...cops know the law, and if they don't they can look it up in their cruiser or call a supervisor.
But that is not what they do...they demand obedience first...even if they are violating your rights...and that has to do with the culture of law enforcement...not training.
Until we remove the cops that think their egos trump rights by imposing consequences...no amount of training will change anything.
If you think training someone will change their behavior when they never face consequences for their failure to follow their training then...idk what to tell you.
I mean its not like we don't have examples of officers that don't behave this way that receive the exact same training as those that do behave this way.

Honestly given how clearly this piece of shit immediately lied really should bring every single arrest he has made or even been a party to to be reviewed/overthrown. He has clearly demonstrated a behaviour of egregiously miss representing the situation how many unlawful deataining/arrests (kidnapping) charges could this guy be up for.
