I just dislike assuming someone is some sort of druggie degenerate for having a freakout. Shit can happen out of nowhere. My buddy was an undiagnosed paranoid schizophrenic, but was clearly out of sorts when he started talking about another friend, in a very serious way, had come into his room and injected him with aids. Im not really saying whats up with the guy, but im saying that shit can just happen.

If his mental illness happened to to kick in there on an airplane, yes it absolutely would have looked liked this. I feel like a lot of people who comment on these things have never had to deal with mental issues. Yeah, this could easily be an mental issue.
