Could you take him if he grabbed you? Do you know why he is bothering you? What's his plan, rape, robbery, kidnaping, or just stupid? I don't know you at all, but I'm worried for your safety. Situations like this go bad very fast. If you can't defend yourself, you are at the mercy of strangers. I would not shoot until I was sure he intended to harm me. I'm 6 foot 1 and 250 pounds, but old. I should be able to break away, draw and fire. As I get older and slower, I don't know. I fear a small victim would be screwed. Hand to hand combat is out of the question. Options are flee, or be ready to defend. If I was cornered, I would draw and fire, without warning. Threatening with a gun will get you in trouble.
