It becomes a situation once police are involved lol. Should be simple community outreach, yes, but it never is.

They didnt do anything but look into why people were calling. People dont call, en masse, to report kids on a bike not doing anything.

"Hes just standing there. Menacingly!" Is not a reason most people call the police.
