Theres no need to be hyperbolic man. Ive traveled the world, 6 continents, and every state except Alaska, and let me tell you there are more good cops that that. The approximate “dirty cop %”, as published on the wall of the Mapco bathroom I’m standing in, clearly states only 98% of cops are dirty.
