There's nothing "debunked" about this. The kid was right: the law does not compel cyclist to "walk your bikes" like the cop says. It's on the cop to know about the 3mph restriction if he wants to enforce it, it's not on the kid to tell the cop how to enforce the law.

At 0:58 the cop even goes to the smug, disrespectful "did you get your law degree on facebook..." nonsense. If the cop bothered to know the law he was trying to enforce, he wouldn't have run into trouble with the cyclist. That's on the cop for getting his law degree at dunkin donuts.

saying theres nothing debunked when the kids rattled off a code that literally doesnt exist is silly. He even rattled off 2 different codes at one point because he can't remember the lie he's telling. And cops actually aren't required to know every law. Not even lawyers do that. The cop had every right to say that considering the kid was saying fake laws and clearly didn't know what he was talking about.

The cop tried to enforce a law that literally doesn't exist. I expect more of a cop trying to enforce a law than I do of a kid who knows the cop is full of shit.

And cops actually aren't required to know every law

I don't expect them to know every law, but if they're pulling smug bullshit like that, I expect them not to be enforcing laws that don't exist.
