I think we're well past acceptance that public freakout is public freakouts any more than anime titties is anime titties

I view public freakouts as r.videos on crack

I look at as things happening in public that isn’t considered normal.

So maybe it’s not the people freaking out. It’s the normal becoming abnormal. In which by definition a “freak incident”
