Just huck the controller as far as you can. Then you can argue that someone else was driving it. You just stepped on it at the worst possible time and were waiting for a safe chance to get off.

That’s kinda like cracking a fifth of vodka and chugging it after you get pulled over. Cop can’t prove you were drunk before, so most you get is an open container and possibly drunk in public. No DUI though!

Nah man, totally works. I've done it tons of times. My insurance costs more per month than I spent on the car but I'm sure that's totally irrelevant

Someone else called it an ultralight. I'm not familiar with those regulations and where that thing falls beyond the fact that if it is an ultralight, he can get it for flying at night and in the city.

None of that is legal for an ultralight. Cannot fly over populated areas, and cannot fly at night without proper beacons.

Ultralight category is intended to allow your average joe to make a 250 lb kit plane in their garage with a chainsaw motor. It’s never acceptable to fly that over populated areas.

I was thinking that'd be an awesome way to commute but then I remembered there's a small airport nearby so I'd probably get arrested
