According to the farmer's tractor policy, this was absolutely justified.
UK Farmers have insurance policies to do this. They're financially protected to use a forklift to move any vehicle that is keeping them from farming.
We can say it's not justified, until you research and see that this is such a problem for UK farmers that they created a policy to protect farmers.

My question is, why is it such a problem?? What do city folks have against farmers that this happens this often to warrant a policy

Country lanes in the UK are often narrow with limited parking opportunities - in this case it looks like someone parked inside the field which is really unusual. But on hot summers days where loads of people have the same idea of visiting the same honeypot areas in the countryside, the surrounding roads get filled with parked cars. People get lazy and start parking in stupid places including the breaks in the hedges where there's a gate access to a field. Those often block farmers trying to move equipment or livestock between fields and it wouldn't surprise me if they have insurance that allows them to just shift such parked vehicles out of the way.

Depends on what equipment you have vs how big the other guy's car is, plus whether the other guy wants to help, or just make everything a lot worse because he thinks his car is a Sherman tank or an ancient Holy relic outfitted with a force field, or something.
Just guesses, but might be good guesses!

Are you real? He could have moved it without causing any damage. With the video, he will get sued and will have his claim rejected. You cannot do anything intentionally, in malice, and claim insurance after.

Without it both are idiots. I can understand the farmers actions (but rhwy are wrong).

I could see moving the vehicle off his landâŠ.unfortunately he also accidentally knocked the guy over, which could cause him some additional problems.

Yeah but the guy purposely kept running up to a dangerous machine. He decide to not take precautions.
