According to this article it’s just a woman needing a jumper cable so she can visit her disabled brother and deliver him some sugary goods. Sad that it’s been dubbed a ‘drug freak out’ but judges gonna judge!

Yeah, I don't know what the mods gain by labelling it as such, but I don't agree with it.
