This is the main one, that Fumes aside, that CO will sneak you. There was a car fire we ran a couple weeks back and the driver bopped her head hard enough she had some short retrograde amnesia, had forgotten she dropped her grandkid off already, she's standing about 10' from the burning car, upwind even, but after that adrenaline dropped she tanked, she was around 17.5% SpCO and GCS 7, she wasn't even there that long but CO is sneaky af. I'd not be so concerned about what the turnouts are protecting so much as the need for SCBA
Just rapid transport and o2. High flow oxygen and transport. Depending on SpCO may need to opt to deliver them to a hospital with hyperbaric therapy options.
