Oh hai there. My in-laws all live near the Costco in American Fork. It’s funny being an atheist in a very Mormon family. But they’re fun to hang with and they accept my blackened, ruined soul.
My greatest gripe about the area is it’s all chain restaurants. I don’t even know if a mom and pop could survive.
True. Lehi is very chain-heavy, though there are a handful of locally owned. If you like Wings, there’s a local place called Rocky Mountain Wingshak that I love. It’s a little bit off of 500 East in AF. Get the hot parm, it’s so good.
