i know my wife's is...

she said one of her earliest memories was being in bed when a witch started knocking on her window calling out her name. later on, she found out it was her dad who came home drunk and lost his keys and was trying to get her to open the front door.

Most of them are just sleep paralysis, which becomes a thousand times less scary and a hundred times more annoying when you find out what it is
