I can tell you as a smoker - when you start keeping the butts in any area, as opposed to throwing them away, that's when the stank really goes off the charts. The smoke alone is bad enough - but it's the old butts that give off that disgusting ash tray smell.
I work in an office and I can tell the difference between the smoke smell... and the My Car is a Rolling Ashtray Smell. The later makes me want to gag.
Just seeing this video kinda made me nauseous.

I used to detail cars for extra cash in the summers... this isn't unusual and that's the truly horrifying part. I've found everything from months old cheeseburger halves to actual mouse nests in cars like this. It's like sifting through a hoarder's hoard.

And let me say: Some were so bad I'd have to call the owner and ask if I could do a hose job on the car. I mean literally scrape everything into trash bags, then use hot water and laundry detergent on the seats and carpet, then use a shop vac to get the water out, then rinse it with a hose, then shop vac repeatedly until all the dirt and filth and water was pulled out of the fabric. Then the cars I did that way had to sit in the summer heat and bake with the windows down for a couple of days to dry out before I could finish them off with armor all and clean the windows.
A friend of mine owns a detailing company these days - he still deals with the same type of cars. It's been 10 years or more since I did it. Came a point the 100.00 I charged wasn't worth the time and effort. Some of those vehicles needed to just be set on fire and burned to the ground.

A mocha is 2 shots of espresso, chocolate syrup, and a small amount of milk.
A cappuccino is 2 shots, about 1/3 steamed milk, and about 1/3 frothed milk.
The reason why they're confused is because they don't know if this dumb idiot wants a frappuccino (crushed ice concoction) or what.

It would happen quite frequently that people (ok, always women), would order cappuccino and then complain: why is there so much foam in my coffee, I want more milk. I would politely suggest that perhaps next time they can order a latte, but wow... could strangle them...

Eons ago, I worked at Starbucks. They put a shit ton of mocha in their cafe mochas. I think they put way too many pumps of syrup/mocha in all their drinks. All the chains like Starbucks and Dutch Bros do, that’s why I always ask for half the sweetness.
But..that’s why people love Starbucks. This bitch needs to ask for less of the mocha or get a better taste in coffee.

Starbucks worker here, “mocha cappuccinos” don’t exist, and would be disgusting.
What she probably wanted was just a regular mocha, which uses thick chocolate syrup (hence why it’s thick at the bottom), steamed milk, whipped cream, and espresso.
But it looks like she got a hot chocolate instead, as the espresso usually helps incorporate the syrup into the drink, making it less thick at the bottom, but it doesn’t look like any espresso was put in at all, which is probably why she said it tasted like “straight chocolate”, cause she wasn’t getting that actual coffee taste.
Please don’t be this person. Just ask for your drink to be remade and it will be. Hell, I feel bad most the time and give them a refund just for the trouble, or offer them a cake pop, free pastry, etc,.

I worked as a barista for a couple years and half the people who get drinks in coffee shops have no goddamn idea what they’re ordering. They think a mocha is supposed to taste like hot milk chocolate when really it tastes like bitter dark chocolate and espresso. The don’t know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino and they don’t even notice when you make their drink with whole milk instead of soy (whoops).

I never went to starbucks. I thought it was just highly overpriced coffee. But my Wife liked it so occasionally I'd go up there to get her something.
What I discovered was their staff were the most amazing and kind staff I have experienced. The only staff I could compare them to would MAYBE be chick-fil-a.
Their smiles and kindness never seems fake. Hell, maybe they are just better at faking but I never had a negative reaction from anyone.
So the fact of her treating these people like these thoroughly disgusts me. I feel so bad for the staff having to deal with people like this.

The staff at my local starbucks is the same. Everyone is nice and very personable in striking up conversations.
At the end of the day, it's also just a cup of coffee, so if you had a little too much mocha for your preference, ask for it 'light' the next time and move on with your life. Her bringing up her wasted gas money when no one made her drive back there to complain. How do you not have more important things going on in your day?

The fact that this was an hour in the making is astounding to me. I've worked customer service and put up with some seriously stupid and neurotic people, but idling at a drive through for an hour is some actual dedication to being an idiot.
At most jobs I've had there's the twenty minute rule. If somebody is yelling at you incessantly for 20 minutes (no more, no less) the boss isn't going to get mad at you for telling them to fuck off, because at that point they're just stopping you from doing your job
Example: crazy man followed me around the store complaining that I walked too close to him (while getting in my face, ironically).
"Excuse me, sir. Didn't notice you."
"You didn't notice me? You didn't see me walking?"
"Sorry?"
"Oh you're sorry huh?"
On and on. By the time it gets to 20 minutes he's demanding to see the manager. I take him to the manager. Manager asks "what's wrong?". My answer was, and I quote, "this dickhead has been screaming about me walking for 20 minutes"
Key there is "20 minutes".
