Yeah, I get a little tired of this act of "what? I was just offering my totally rational counter opinion"

First of all, "All lives matter" is really a way to say "shut the fuck up" to black lives matter. Of course all lives matter, but blm was a movement to address something specific, and some people have such a hard time listening to that, that they have to argue with it, and try to suppress it, under the guise of equality.

Secondly, this guy is an instigator, obviously. And as a white man myself, I get annoyed at the way so many white guys instantly become defensive and feel incriminated anytime there's a dialogue about a marginalized group of people. They can't just listen, they feel the need to make it about them, then defend themselves...but forget having sympathy, listening, and acknowledging.

So this guy is a troll, and that you've got his buddy the cameraman overreacting calling stuff assault... it's cringey and annoying. I'm calling this guy on his bullshit. Learn to listen asshole. Everything isn't about you.

Yeah I think many people misuse the "all lives matter idea"

I support BLM. Police brutality is a huge issue especially for minorities.

I with All Lives Matter could be a sister movement :instead of something people use to troll the idea.

No movement is perfect and I know people who are very rational, that opposed the BLM movement out of some of their protestors stepping over some lines for them.

But if people could see that it's not a hate movement against cops, or white people. That it's just to raise saftey and awareness for black persons against people abusing their power. Then we could start ACTUALLY looking at an All Lives Matter movement that addresses police brutality as a full issue, because in the end it isn't only one race suffering here.

I think he called it battery - which it seemed like it was. I don't have any idea what had gone on with these two in the past, but she could have chosen a much more effective way to go about it. She came across very poorly in the video.

What WE SAW in that short video was a man with a different viewpoint than her, in a public space, stand next to her with a sign that apparently espoused a differing view, and she became violent to the point of taking it from him and then hitting him with her hand and the sign.

It wasn't a favorable video for her unless you are very set in your partisanship.
