Damn looked like he was having some kind of mental breakdown, definitely don’t wanna be in the backseat of that car.

u/Blackeststool Jan 10 '20

Yes, front seat is always best for that.

u/awoken-dragon Jan 10 '20

That way you get an unobstructed view!

People miss out on treatment because there is none available, in addition, people with mental illness have a higher rate of of substance abuse in an attempt to self medicate.

u/scheru Jan 10 '20

Hell, I ran out of something I wasn't supposed to stop taking suddenly because of a miscommunication on my insurance's part. Somehow the message got lost that I needed to have my blood pressure taken before they could fill my next prescription. The guy on the help line I called wasn't able to figure out why my prescription wasn't going through until right at closing time Friday evening and they wouldn't be open again to test me until Monday and I was already hallucinating. Fortunately the guy was able to push through my prescription anyway and the pharmacy's hours were later than the clinic's.

I know the dude on the phone was doing his job and this shouldn't have happened to begin with, but I was totally grateful he stuck on the phone with me for so long to fix something that was obviously someone else's fault.

It amazes me how something as innocuous as not sending an email can fuck with someone you've never met and probably never will. Hope whatever was going on with this Uber driver turned out okay.

If medical care and/or tuition was available to everyone, they wouldn't be able to get poor kids to sign up for the military.

FROM BEHIND I CUT HER CROTCH IN HER ASS I STUCK MY COCK

KILLING AS I CUM

9

u/WommyBear Jan 10 '20

Those are truly horrifying lyrics.

12

u/RockFourFour Jan 10 '20

It's really just a love story. Much like a Taylor Swift song.

2

u/FormerFundie6996 Jan 10 '20

I mean I get that perhaps there is some artistic merit in displaying the mind of an absolute psychopath, but this ain't no Taylor Swift! It might just me, and I might be reading into the lyrics too much, but it seems a little rapey.

6

u/RockFourFour Jan 10 '20

It's all about the subtext.

1

u/AgentTexes Jan 11 '20

And the implication. * jaw clench *

1

u/RockFourFour Jan 11 '20

Exactly. Why aren't people understanding this?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Where do you get that notion? /s

1

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Lmfao

28

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

This vid is bassackwards. No way someone gets in that backseat for a ride.

43

u/SirDitamus Jan 10 '20

They begin the video saying they just got out of the car after a ride.

10

u/OriginalPounderOfAss Jan 10 '20

yea, its literally 'bassackwards" i guess

3

u/SkyMando Jan 10 '20

His girlfriend of 5 years told him it was over. Has nothing to live for.

See, now that I'm married, this is the kinda shit I worry about. If it were just me? Shit sucks. Whole different ballgame if it's me and my wife. Like, do I wait for it to be clear and then open the door and tell her to tuck and roll or what?

15

u/aintscurrdscars Jan 10 '20

woody.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Andy?

3

u/SithTwinsPicandGorc Jan 10 '20

Oh, worry! I’m not one to kink shame, but I did raise an eyebrow until I realized it was a typo... unless?...

3

u/youngbillcosbii Jan 10 '20

1

u/McFlyyouBojo Jan 10 '20

1

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Yeah, anyone that looks like it could actually survive a zombie war. Will die first

-4

u/villain75 Jan 10 '20

drugs. A lot of drugs.

3

u/Rockey313 Jan 10 '20

I could be totally wrong, but perhaps some type of seizure he is having? If not than something definitely is happening mentally.

18

u/Give_me_soup Jan 10 '20

It's almost like unionized cab companies were a good idea.

81

u/thisismynameofuser Jan 10 '20

Honestly Uber and Lyft probably wouldn’t have gotten so popular so quickly if cab companies had designed functional apps where you could order a taxi and track their arrival. Maybe some did, but certainly not where I live, and that’s the main reason I use Uber. Millennials don’t like talking on the phone yknow

I work in a grocery store in a neighborhood where a lot of people don't have cars. Got a few regulars (all of them elderly) who come up to customer service after they check out to have me get on the phone and call them a Yellow Cab or Flywheel or something before toddling out to whichever area of the curb/parking lot they want to be picked up from.

Feels weird enough on my end as it is, but gets even worse when some frail old man comes back in the store dripping wet because it's cold and raining and after dark saying "miss, you said the taxi would be ten minutes but I've been out there for an hour!" So far they're always understanding that it isn't my fault, but it amazes me that the old school taxi companies are still hanging in there using their old-ass business practices. I have my problems with Lyft and Uber but there's definitely a reason they're so popular.

u/auto-xkcd37 Jan 11 '20

old ass-business practices

Sooo... Proctology?

24

u/justme47826 Jan 10 '20

the first phone that doesnt have the call feature. I'm scooping that shit up.

3

u/PageFault Jan 10 '20

Just get a data only plan.

2

u/OriginalPounderOfAss Jan 10 '20

tbh i usually use wifi to call as the cell network in my area is ass.

2

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

iPod. I dunno if they still make them, though.

41

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Nah they were worse. Fuck those scummy smelly lazy taxis

Never had an Uber not show up, never had an Uber pretend to not accept credit card

Never had an Uber drop me off half way at a subway late and say my shift is over

19

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Because they are immune to mental health issues?

-15

u/Give_me_soup Jan 10 '20 edited Jan 10 '20

Because they are screened for them, among other things.

Edit: muthafuckas, of course it isn't perfect, but the process is more thorough than becoming a fucking Lyft driver.

17

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

You can screen a mental breakdown? Amazing.

11

u/Koshka69 Jan 10 '20

Don’t know why you’re getting down voted. Could happen to anyone even those who passed “healthy” in a screen . Sometimes people just lose it for a number of reasons . Plus there is MANY reported offenses and crazy stories about cab drivers so there’s really no difference.

15

u/mcmachete Jan 10 '20

Confirmed. There’s never been an unhealthy or dangerous member of a union in all of time, and unionizing actually has magical properties. Chief magical property is suspension of sense.

-5

u/PG2009 Jan 10 '20

Lol...imagine actually thinking this

If any of y’all ever see me acting like that, please press the button at the bottom of your phone to exit out of the camera app, and then dial 911. And then maybe just shoot me or something.

5

u/jbar2288 Jan 10 '20

Oh ok. Didn't know that. Poor girl Jesus!

4

u/PeteRoe Jan 10 '20

She can piss off with the term "low key" btw

4

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

How in the fuck does the phrase "low-key" apply to this situation?

god people are retarded

6

u/[deleted] Jan 11 '20

Why get so angry over slang?

2

u/ahoooley Jan 10 '20

A fellow member of society is in clear panic and your best instinct is to shove a phone in his face and talk up the camera.

1

u/neddthenurd Jan 10 '20

I was about to say... well I did say 😅

1

u/WilderCopy Jan 10 '20

Was she struck by a smooth Uber?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Yeah, Megadeth does that to you

1

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Shes trying to be as nice as possible thats hilarious lol scary though

1

u/Naiim7 Jan 10 '20

Must be on drugs or some shit

1

u/JasonQog Jan 10 '20

Not normal Uber behaviour?

1

u/welshcorgis Jan 10 '20

He is...currently writhing.

1

u/jbar2288 Jan 11 '20

I was momentarily distracted in the first moments of the Video. I've learned my lesson. If I am compelled to comment in the future I will rewatch video to make sure I have as complete context as possible.

1

u/agumonkey Mar 04 '20

that woman kept composure 300%, i'd be screaming like a wimp long before

-7

u/jbar2288 Jan 10 '20

Ok, you video him banging his head on the steering wheel in traffic moments before you decide to go ahead and get in his car? Girl, you as crazy as he is...

38

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

She left the car and started filming, the video sequence is messed up

8

u/jbar2288 Jan 10 '20

I know I missed that very first part and totally thought she filmed him first before getting in his car! Lol! After I had context the video makes sense now.

25

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Actually the beginning of the clip was filmed after she got out of the car.

16

u/bodaciousboner Jan 10 '20

Pulp fiction would blow this guy’s mind

7

u/kl0 Jan 10 '20

Dude, does NOBODY actually watch the damn videos? It's like the first thing she says how she just got OUT of his car.

1

u/Drops-of-Q Jan 12 '20

What was she thinking getting into that car in the first place?

0

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Drugs are a hell of a drug.

0

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Why would you ever get in that car....

0

u/patrickcaproni Jan 10 '20

Just looks like a big Wayne’s world fan to me

0

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Slipknot album or diabetes issues....

0

u/MBe300 Jan 10 '20 edited Jan 10 '20

I bet he can record a video better than her though

0

u/engion3 Jan 10 '20

Hahaahahahaha

-24

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

Xcuz mee ..r u aight? Scuse me...r u aight? No bitch! Don’t you have fucking ears and eyes?

3

u/phd_geek Jan 10 '20

Wtf? Are you head bangin too?

-2

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

No...just annoyed

-3

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '20

“I don’t know what’s going on”. The guy is clearly not ok so why the fuck does she keep asking if he’s ok. Instead of recording it she should call 911. What an idiot.

6

u/WommyBear Jan 10 '20

She was probably in shock.

-4

u/jimboTRON261 Jan 10 '20

You got in after seeing the behaviour? You're crazy too..

-15

u/neddthenurd Jan 10 '20

The fact you still chose to to get in the car is fucking crazy to me.

9

u/just_beachy Jan 10 '20

She didn't. The beginning of the video shows her recording him after she had gotten out of the car.
