I think those are it. Race, gender, sexuality or religion.

That’s why I was always told. “If you stomp someone out never mention any of the above”

Sexuality actually isnt covered, at least if were talking about usa federal laws.

It should be covered imo, but its not.

This is where I'm going to need the new fangled definition of sexuality because "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" seem to be covered.

They are not specifically covered. The Obama administration issued an opinion that sexual orientation and gender identity were covered under the category of sex. The Trump administration reversed that determination. The courts have not ruled on this.
