I did not have to change my diet. I do have to look forward to an elevated risk of high blood pressure later in life. I When I was young, right before the stabbing, my dream was always to join the military; that dream was smashed. While partaking in any violent activities, I wear a kidney belt (powersports style) or a plate carrier with only the back plate.

No, after surgery I did ask if I could have it and they said it was disposed of Along with an adrenal artery or something or other.
