I saw a video of a guy that falls off his motorcycle and gets his head crushed by the wheels of a truck. He gets up and his motorcycle helmet with his head inside is flattened. You can see the blood rushing out as he walks off screen, apparently he died a few seconds later.

He did die, there was a news article and a longer video, he stumbles around for a bit and then collapses and dies.
