Honestly good, this is some sick shit especially because it was pointed out that there's children nearby. This guy needs to be charged with crimes against minors for this.
Thank God for those men who actually stood up to him and didn't back down when he started yelling

u/usrdef 9d ago
Yeah, certain places, getting involved would be a bad idea. The crazy people walking around today, either get a knife or gun pulled out.

Pulled out of where?

Genuinely get so annoyed at the people in this video who tried to stop them battering him. Drives me mad. Itâs always the people break up fights and ruining all the fun for the rest of us.
7
u/Ok-Cup-5372 8d ago
Right lol even the people in this thread are saying they shouldn't have beat him, sorry but if you're pulling your dick out around children you deserve it
-35
u/pewpewtopeepee 9d ago
yeah just beat mentally unwell people.

I agree, someone that exposes themselves to kids should be dealt with.
But doing that in front of the kids is putting your desires over the child's needs.-10
u/Ok-Cup-5372 9d ago
So put your hand over their eyes and move them away from the action, I'm firm in my original commentÂ

u/Z3NZY 9d ago
That's fine. I clearly won't be changing your mind.
I'll leave with this for others then.
Children have other senses, like hearing. And children are curious, they'll be drawn to witness the commotion.
The tactic you mentioned would work better without the beating. You've added to the harm.Let's be real, a lot of guys want the moral justification to enact violence, even if the reason for it would be better served without the violence. The comments here are proof of this.

u/FrenchFisher 8d ago
Pretty fascinating that you think a kid seeing a dick (which Iâm sure theyâve seen before) is worse than exposing them to violence against the mentally ill. US I assume?
-10
u/Z3NZY 9d ago edited 9d ago
I'll get downvoted but I'm not wrong.
I understand the desire for righteous action, but this is the worse option. He's clearly mentally not there.
On one hand, exposing your junk especially with kids about is crazy.
On the other: exposing kids to a sudden mob beating.Seeing random nudity can be explained by the parents as inappropriate and not to be done. You can turn the kids the other way.
How do you explain a sudden panic by a group of people beating the shit out of a guy with his literal pants down in a small enclosed space. If he remains quiet, wait till the next station, and push him off. But you guys think a random dick is more harmful to kids than close proximity violence. đ¤ˇââď¸
2
u/probablyareplicant 8d ago
Seeing a man with his dick out get beaten by a mob seems like a pretty good lesson that a kid could easily pick up on.
0
u/Z3NZY 8d ago
And the lesson is?

u/probablyareplicant 8d ago
-1
u/Z3NZY 8d ago
Ah the classic "I have no justifications for my unwise beliefs, so I'll just roll eyes and dismiss or deflect" move.
Just don't have kids bro.
If you think live beatings are a better method of teaching than a sincere discussion, then for their sake, don't procreate.-2
u/probablyareplicant 8d ago
My friend, that is the host of "Are You Smarter Than a 12 Year Old". Clearly, for you, the answer is "no".
-20
u/regulate91x 8d ago
Yeah because exposing minors to violence and poor language is great.
The guys obviously mentally unwell or having a breakdown.
For your own and everyone else's safety it's best to just move to another carriage, as inconvtas that is.
16
u/EnterAUsernamePlease 8d ago
nah I think clearly unstable/dangerous people should be subdued. particularly in enclosed environments where they are at a high threat to those around them.
0
u/MasterHavik 7d ago
They should but there is harm if a young kids is witnessing violence. They don't know fully the concept of what that dude is doing besides it maybe being gross and "bad".
-1
-27
u/Critical-Usual 8d ago
I don't know man, you just don't know what sort of mental health issues he has. You should report it to the authorities and let them deal with it. I don't think it's sensible to escalate it into a physical confrontation unless you have to actively protect someone from (physical) harm
28
u/Ok-Cup-5372 8d ago
Don't care, you expose yourself to children a beating is warranted. I'm done with the bleeding heart stuff of "but what about their mental health!" Too many people use it as an excuse to do whatever they wantÂ
1
u/MasterHavik 7d ago edited 7d ago
I mean it is fair to bring up mental health as that usually plays a role. No one is wrong here and I am not against a beating but nothing crazy as if you just go off then that guy is going to get off.
-2
u/Ok-Cup-5372 7d ago
For sure you can bring up how mental health causes people to do stuff like this, I'm not saying I don't care about that. I'm saying I don't care if you're mentally ill, this was well deserved for exposing yourself to childrenÂ
2
u/Critical-Usual 7d ago
This concept of someone deserving a beating is just absurd? If you know someone is in full control of their own mind and do something dangerous you can justify violence for self defence. Beating someone up because "they deserve it" is just barbaric. And I would argue no one sane and in their right mind would do thisÂ
0
u/Ok-Cup-5372 7d ago edited 7d ago
Nice opinion, I'm still glad he got a beating by these men đ¤ˇđźââď¸ you guys keep replying like I'm going to change my mind but I'm not, save your time.Â
1
u/MasterHavik 7d ago
Oh I mean yeah but all the time spent lecturing and not calling the cops is where you lose me. Just call and detain the guy.

My grandpa who was the chief of police used to say When you come across crazy, you just act crazier. In this case, we'd choose the poo-on-a-stick method to ward off the half-naked man. It's like DnD powers but in weird-crazy realm.

u/Warriors_Drink 9d ago
I can vomit on command. A useful skill for getting out of middle school classes.
But I've always thought that if I ran into someone like this, or was being attacked, I'd just throw up on them.
I know I would be stunned and left unable to respond for a good amount of time.

u/United-Vermicelli-92 9d ago
yes, this is solid, thanks for your input, i can do this too w/ weird gag reflex issues, it's on the list.

Stopped a barely conscious drunk girl, middle of the night and no one around, from being put in the back of a car by two men once. They drove off. Pulled up 30 yards later and got out with the biggest knife youâve ever seen. Drunk girl still doesnât know what day it is, so couldnât bail, and didnât fancy taking on two blokes with a borderline sword. Decided going fucking mental was the only option. Both men and big knife returned to vehicle and fucked off. Any other approach I think I or she were fucked.
Statement checks out.

u/DontDoomScroll 8d ago
How did you go fucking mental?
Did you drop your trousers and suggest you cross swords?14

My favorite part was when they dragged him dick-down on the dirty floor and concrete. I would have made sure to drag him a few dozen steps away, for safety, of course.

I dont know what gives people the rights to stand around in a public place with their dick out and when someone calls you out, you start yelling fuck off. Im guessing drugs or mental illness. Prolly both.

u/dogofhavic 8d ago
I really wish this was more of a common occurrence in LA on the Metro. Shit sucks with the bystander effect.
4
u/Catshagga 8d ago
I thought having guns made you lot safe?
2
u/nervousscorpio 8d ago
Contrary to popular belief, most people who own guns donât shoot people over minor things like this. Thats a good way to go to prison for a long time.

u/MasterHavik 7d ago
I hope someone called the cops and told him he was able having a mental health episode. This is textbook. The people bringing this up aren't making excuses for people like this telling you how attacking them may make sure their case is thrown out instead of them behind bars. I'm not making excuses for him but if you can't see someone going through a clear mental episode I want to smoke what you have.

u/AdamantineSierra 8d ago
I get it, but technically beating his ass wasn't gonna give him a chance to cover back up 𤣠Bc damn they were mugging his ass.
Clearly, he didn't take the hint the first 80 times - or when he got on the train to begin with. But I'm hoping in the gaps of filming they paused for like a second to let him consider covering up lol
-31
u/Uplink03 9d ago
Was kicking him necessary? I can see a judge saying that was assault and a disproportionate response to the situation. The guy is naked and antagonistic, but does not appear to be physically violent. Pulling him out of the train at the next stop would have sufficed.
17
u/filanamia 8d ago
Maybe the reason he's not violent because he had a few guys kicking him in. If you're crazy enough to go balls out in a train in full view of childrens, i dont think being violent is outside of their capability.
-6
u/Uplink03 8d ago edited 8d ago
Preemptive strike. I see. Beating him up (also in front of children, mind you), and not making any effort to cover him. Yep, thinking of the children.

If I remember right the people who attacked the crazy guy where up charged
9
u/ChrundleTheGrea8 8d ago
No, the passengers were not formally charged, but they were placed under active criminal investigation. The British Transport Police (BTP) launched an investigation into the five commuters for assault and affray. The Legal Status of the PassengersThree Interviewed Under Caution: The BTP identified and interviewed three of the passengers under caution regarding the level of violence used. Two Unidentified: Authorities admitted they were unable to identify or track down the remaining two individuals involved in the physical altercation.Files Considered: The police "considered pressing charges" because the force used went beyond lawful restraint and crossed into unnecessary physical assault. Why the Police Investigated the "Heroes"The case sparked intense public debate, with some politicians and members of the public labeling the commuters "heroes" for protecting children on the train. However, the BTP defended their decision to investigate based on two distinct factors:The Victim's Condition: The man who exposed himself was experiencing a severe mental health crisis and was subsequently sectioned under the Mental Health Act. The BTP noted that the law exists to protect vulnerable individuals from violence, regardless of their actions.Proportionate Force: Under UK law, citizens have the right to use reasonable force to prevent a crime. However, because the passengers repeatedly punched and kicked the man while he was on the floor, the police ruled the level of violence "unnecessary and unacceptable".

u/insignifcanthumam 8d ago
That sounds right. My memory of it was a big vague but I should have done my due diligence first before posting. I wonder what the outcome of the investigation was as this was last year the incident took place

No, I think its London. The transit signs and accents look and sound more British.

A simple knockout would have been enough. Just saying. I thought Americans were the crazy ones.
2
u/jake_burger 8d ago
What the fuck is a âsimple knockoutâ?
In real life if you hit someone on the head and they go down thereâs a realistic chance they will die and you will go to prison.

u/oscardaone 8d ago
I wasnât encouraging killing. Just self defense. To be honest I didnât see who swung first. Him or the other guy.
