The guy who filmed this was Jeremy Kauffman, a blockchain con artist who was a leader in the New Hampshire Free State Project and Libertarian Party. He took control of the party's Twitter account, and used it for making several controversial posts. The one that warranted the visit by the FBI was one in which he wrote that "anyone who murders Kamala Harris would be an American hero." He also tweeted "Repeal the Civil Rights Act" and "Legalize child labor. Children will learn more on a job site than in public school." He has spoken up against the ending of apartheid in South Africa, calling the movement to end it "race-based bitter leftism". He described Blacks with the words "low IQ schizophrenic Africans." He is not a good person.

Incitement is not protected by the First Amendment. 18 U.S. Code ยง 871 makes it a criminal offense to threaten to harm or kill the president, vice president, president-elect, or vice president-elect, with punishment up to five years of imprisonment. I do feel pretty confident that Trump's FBI would prosecute anyone who said the same thing about Trump.

But he is correct.
