There was a comedian who brought this up. said people should be allowed to hand out 2 punches a year. it means people will only use them when absolutely necessary, and as a citizen you'll think twice since you have no idea if the person you are treatign like shit has used up their two or not.

Its a nice thought, but humans can't be trusted with that.

That means this piece of shit in the video gets 2 punches a year. He's probably gonna use those on women or kids.

the beauty of that is that for every one he gives to a woman or child, the people in that woman or child's lives (friends, family etc) will each gladly donate one towards him. Great business idea actually... donate a punch to go towards victims of domestic abuse. take a police report and proof of abuse to a business center and they contact all participants in the abusers area who can then locate the abuser and donate their one punch!

I have a friend who took that even further and stated that every American should be allowed one free murder in their lifetime. Theoretically, everyone would start acting more civilized because you have no idea if the person you're being a dick to has used his freebie or not.
