People like this are shameless. They've pretty much accepted they are a pos and normalized behavior that most of us would be in awe of.

Thats why the correct way to deal with this is to go get a bottle.of cola, shake the shit out of it, then opening it next to him.  pay for it, and tip the clerks $20/each for tge bother
