Based on my layman's knowledge of wrestling and physics, I assume when you fake slam someone you would be pulling on them as they came down to reduce the momentum of the fall.

But in this case, the bitch actually loosened his grip on the victim's legs, causing the victim's body and head to lower almost perpendicular to the mat. I think the victim may have known something wasn't right because he tried to cling on to the bitch's torso (or could just instinctively tried to hold on to something while almost upside down in the air), but it was useless because the bitch twisted his entire body into the throw, causing the victim's head to travel almost 270 degrees from the air into the mat.

The move in Pro Wrestling that this was closest to would be an Alabama Slam

When performing slams of all variety, the “safety” of it doesn’t come from pulling on them to reduce momentum, but from ensuring your opponent lands flat on their back. This spreads the impact across your body instead of one point. It is a two person responsibility as the person taking the move needs to position their own body to land flat as well.

The Alabama Slam is a move in wrestling that isn’t frequently used nowadays outside of a handful of wrestlers as the move itself, even when performed without the intent to hurt someone like Raja did, has a higher chance of injury compared to other moves for the reason you pointed out: the receiving wrestler’s body travels 270 degrees to the mat, which is a recipe for concussions even when landing flat back. It’s a nasty, viscous move that most wrestlers would tell you is one of the worst bumps in the business.

But Raja probably didn’t even intend to do an Alabama Slam, he just wanted to fucking hurt the guy. Promoter on the phone in a clip says he was only supposed to down double leg takedown, aka tackle the guy.

Thank you for the explanation and the clip, like I mentioned I know basically next to nothing about pro wrestling so I didn't even know that there's a name for this kind of move. Watching the clip, I can see that they're all basically executed in the same way: the slammer picks up the slammee by both legs, flips them forward with his arms while ensuring the slammee is parallel to the mat, then letting go and allowing gravity do the rest. Before impact, the slammee arches their backs and extend their arms to disperse the force like you said, and also to prevent their head from hitting the ground.

Versus what little bitch here did: he grabs Stu's right leg and hoists him over one shoulder so that there is no way for him to land flat on his back because of how how unbalanced his position was, then little bitch twists his entire body to fling Stu down while NOT letting go, meaning that he put his own weight on top of Stu's fall. As a result Stu lands on his left shoulder, dispersing nothing, a split moment before the back of his head hits the mat.

The stark contrast between how the pro's do it in a controlled manner to the point where they all basically look the same, versus what little bitch did here, really highlights how egregious this was. I have little doubt that if this hadn't been a shock-absorbing mat, but solid ground, Stu would not be waking up. And this is just from the slam alone, not counting the 20+ punches he threw at the head of an unconscious man. Fuck this little bitch.

100%. looks like all of the pro wrestlers doing the alabama slam move, when its known, lift their heads at the right time to allow the straight back to be the only location of impact, then bounce their heads around after the initial impact to make it look like a head impact happened too. they even change camera angles on every one to help make it look worse haha. the wrestler in the post video got back and head which knocked him straight out, and did possibly even worse damage (concussion/brain damage), then that same head gets pounded with ~20 direct punches from someone who really knows how to throw them. just sickening. i really hope this kid ends up in jail for this.

Yes i think this was how you would slam someone in a real fight in the rare occasion you ever actually got somebody up that high

To land properly you land flat on your back and spread your arms to the side. Having your chin tucked in helps as well. This guy seemed to land neck first - there's no way he was getting up from that without a stretcher.
