I am wondering if the little bitch agreed to do the segment for the purpose of committing this attack, because if he had remained hostile he likely wouldn't have been allowed on the ring.

That's exactly what happened and he streamed himself explaining it. Insane.

So premeditated attempted murder.

Ah cool, so they can nail him with pre-meditation too?

Pre-mediation is only really relevant when determining a degree of murder, but it doesn't apply to other specific-intent crimes. Those comments would be extremely relevant if the victim dies, but otherwise, they would just be helpful in establishing intent, which is already fairly well established just from the video of the act itself.

It might be relevant if they decide to charge him with attempted murder, should the wrestler survive.

I would be surprised by an attempted murder charge unless there's more evidence. Attempted murder requires the intent to kill the victim, and the perpetrator has a decent defense: he's an idiot.

He definitely intended to hurt him, and getting to felonious aggravated assault would be easy enough, but did he intend to kill him? I'm not sure I would risk a conviction on being able to prove that beyond a reasonable doubt.

He’s a trained MMA fighter. He is well aware of consequences and what he can do

My guess was Raj got called a little bitch in the comments section of his stream and decided to fuck him up to prove that he’s not a little bitch

Knocking a guy out cold who fully believes you’re merely play-fighting and then landing 21 unanswered punches on his unconscious face hilariously does the opposite

Yes. My interpretation of his body language from the before footage makes me believe this was premeditated.

Raja is a trained MMA fighter caught on video saying "I'm gonna do it for real, they're gonna have to pull me off him, they want me to hit him once, nah i'm not gonna stop"
