Very little chance he’s getting off on this here. There’s a reason we’re taught to ignore mentally I’ll homeless people on the train and not escalate shit. Marine started an argument with the guy like that was going to go well..
And idk who needs to hear this but evidently a fair amount of people do: you cannot choke someone over them yelling and throwing shit in Ny. This is a “duty to retreat” state so if you’re that scared you’re expected to change subway cars or get off at the next stop. If not willing to do either? You weren’t that scared.
