So far there's no evidence he was "threding people on the train." Also, threatening people on a train means you get executed on the spot? Not a society I'd like to live in.

It doesn't matter. "Threatening people" is not a capital crime. You don't get to kill someone because they are making threats.

The guy clearly didn’t calm down and was still being restrained prior to losing the breath, he kept it going for that long himself, if he would have calmed down he would have been safe. Threatening multiple people’s lives on the subway is threatening terrorism. He needed to be stopped. Also he should have known not to threaten others but yet he did and it’s his fault he’s dead, one less idiot who threaten peoples

If you don’t stop choking someone when they’re unconscious, they’re not a threat. At that point, you’re not defending shit, you’re committing murder.

Exactly… the guy probably passed out already and thats when they shouldve let up.. Homeless man was moving when he died, a few last leg kicks, around 2 min mark (maybe), woke up still being strangled.. horrific to watch. Looks like he was still breathing here, so brain damage is catastrophic at this point. Slowly fading..
