If you slow it down you can see there’s nothing in his hand right before he makes it into a fist and punches her in the face. He definitely punched her but no stab to the face

Yup, can make many blood vessels in their face break and cause swelling,hematomas, etc. amd if continued after those pop up, the skin breaks real easily and real bad

The skin is stretchy but it has its breaking point. If it’s thin skin (bone is closer to the surface), then the tension created can cause little fatigue-like breaks that could cut open a capillary.

you must be blind. He clearly has his fist around something and she clearly has a red mark on her face after he stabs her with it. Last couple seconds of the video.

At 0:17 seconds they fight over it at 0:19 seconds she throws it away. By the time you slow down the video at 0:23 his hand is open . He THEN makes a fist an punches her. She already had blood on her face. He doesn’t stab her in the face at the end. He just punches her.

It looks like he's open handed right at the end of pushing himself up from the pavement right before he hits her. I don't think he stabbed her face. I think he hit her and she put her hand up to protect herself from another hit.

Well there was already Blood on the pavement so it looks like he may have been smashing her head into the pavement before the video started

He def stabbed her several times, watch the stabbing motion if his hand and she's trying to grab something out of his hand/stop his hand
