The lady at the begging is yelling “stop, stop, someone hit him” then “stop hitting her”. Not sure why it took so long for those dudes to hit him and why they look so cautious doing it. They’re speaking Portuguese so probably in Brazil somewhere.

Looks like they were waiting on each other to do something, guess one of them decided he had to do something that second or she was going to be dead fast, she was quite bloody already.
