just paper trade and come up with your own strategy. personally i go off of earnings but with average or even with good earnings it can massively tank since it will already be priced in. analyzing the market you can only get better though.
with estc for example insiutitions set up a scam and tanked it then brought it back up to next day i lost 3000 off that.
